The Design & Manufacturing Process
By controlling the whole process from start to finish it gives us great flexiblity and allows us to maintain and monitoring the high standards we achieve.
Concept Design
Before we go to production we try to offer our clients a few different designs of headcovers for them to choose from.
Embroidery Software
Once the design has been selected we then use our state of the art Wilcom Software to create the embroidery design
Top Quality Leather
Our leather is premium quality sourced from Italy, who are world renowned for their quality of leather
Laser Cutting
To achieve repeat designs no matter how complicated the material is cut out with a highly sophisticated CO2 laser cutter.
Laser Cutter
Laser cutters cut out patterns to very high tolerances to ensure each product is exactly the same as the next one.
Embroidery
Headcovers are then taken to the embroidery machine to personalise the headcovers with patterns, logos and names
Embroidery
Using Barudan embroidery machines we know the embroidery will be completed to the highest standard in terms of stitch quality.
Completed Embroidery
After completing the embroidery, the headcovers along with the fleece lining are taken to the sewing department.
Sewing
The headcovers are completed by stitching all the components together using our industrial sewing machinery.
Finished Headcovers
