Creation of the logo for Embroidery

The first stage of the embroidery process is to redraw the logo into an embroidery format. This uses specialist software enabling the embroidery machine to read the design. The digitising needs to know the stitch style, the density of the stitching and the direction the stitches run. Unfortunately a JPEG cannot be used.

Positioning of the logo

Once the artwork has been approved by the customer we can then start the actual embroidery onto the clothing. The position for embroidery is marked by chalk and then the frame is clamped to the garment. To ensure that the fabric is rigid whilst being embroidered we apply a backing to the inside of the garment.

Embroidering the logo

After the frame is attached to the garment it is then connected to embroidery machine. The digitised logo is added to the machine via a USB. connector. The operator assigns the thread colours to the same colours in the logo. Our machine allows us the embroider eight garments at a time.

Using the correct embroidery thread

We use Madeira threads, the very best thread in the world. All colours are pantone matched so that we can match the colours of your logo exactly.

Aftercare once the logo is embroidered

Once the logo has been embroidered it can then be taken from the machine and the backing carefully removed from the reverse of the logo. The garment is then ironed or steamed to ensure the logo is perfectly flat and presented to the very highest standard.

Embroidery completed

Now the whole embroidery process is completed and all that remains is to ship the order off to the client in time for their golf event.
We go to great lengths to ensure we are the market leader in our chosen field and guarantee the embroidery is the very best. From using the most sophisticated embroidery software combined with the very best embroidery machines to using the highest quality consumables ensuring no corner is cut, no cost is cut to produce the very best embroidered branding.
