Ellie Givens Ladies European Tour Player Joins Hazzad Golf

Hazzad Golf are proud to announce that Ellie Givens has joined as an Ambassador.

Ellie's role as an Ambassador is important as Mark Cook Managing Director explains.

"Ellie is a great addition to our team and provides a wealth of experience in helping us develop bespoke products for tour professionals and the amateur alike. Ellie will also use our bespoke products whilst playing on the Ladies European Tour. She has the development of the womens game very much at the forefront of her thinking, that is very important to us"

Background

Ellie Givens is a British professional golfer on the Ladies European Tour. The Darlington native started playing golf at a very young age and played her first national tournament at the age of 11. As an amateur, Ellie won the 2007 English Girls Championship at Old Fold Manor in Herts. She later moved to the United States and attended the University of Denver on a four-year golf scholarship. While there she played her collegiate golf with the Denver Pioneers women’s golf team.

Professional

Ellie turned professional in 2011 after attending the LPGA and LET Q-schools. She made her professional debut in the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco where she finished in a tie for 22nd place. Ellie has played on the LET Tour since joining the Tour in 2012.

Ellie, who represents Rockliffe Hall, has been mentoring young golfers as a regional associate with ProDreamUSA, the Glasgow-based golf scholarship consultancy.

A member of the Ladies European Tour's board of directors since March 2019.
